Chassis
We are able to repair all types of chassis and issues whether it be corrosion or accident damage i.e. cranage or impact
Legs / corner steadies
Legs are usually the first thing to rust away or become seized solid . We can repair / replace these as required and can supply the spindles and trunnions separately
A frames and Towbars
If your A frame / towbar is missing , rusted or busted we manufacture and keep in stock all variants to fit static caravans , mobile homes and park homes including 125mm deep A frames and towbar socket kits
Axles
These can be show stoppers ! We advise to thoroughly check the axle and surrounding area with a hammer. We can replace your static and mobile home axles and repair any surrounding corrosion . We recommend if in doubt change it as a static caravan with a collapsed axle usually causes a huge problem on park , site or loading for transportation and can do further damage to the chassis and floor, we are happy to carry out pre movement chassis inspections for you.
Wheels , tyres and Bearings
We can supply wheels , tyres and bearings as complete units or seperately if required . we are happy to inspect wheels and tyres for you but our advice is if the wheel has anything more than light surface rust or the tyre is damaged or cracked ' DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INFLATE IT ' yourself
Preventative coatings
We see so many vans from coastal sites and parks with and without rust preventative coatings it is fair to say we know what works ! Add to this the fact we have repaired thousands we know where they will rust too . We couldn't be better placed to offer a service to stop your chassis rusting out , new or older vans catered for . We are able to offer this service to residential park homes too and offer a crawl through inspection service that produces images for you to view prior to agreeing work to commence .

Awkward siting situations
We are experienced in caravan siting and desiting and offer a service to those of you who find themselves stuck ! This could be sunk on the grass , dropped through a manhole , wedged up a building , basically if you can no longer get a jack under it we can use our air bag recovery system to save hours of work and damaging the caravan
